James Russell
James started Jiu Jitsu in 2007 and became a consistent competitor in 2011. James is a 1st degree black belt
Introduction
He teaches the 5-8 year old classes Monday, Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays and the competition classes for the older kids. You’ll also see him on the mats several times per week training or helping with other classes. He has truly found his passion in helping kids improve their confidence discipline, and focus through Martial Arts.
James has over 24 gold medals from the various tournaments he’s competed in throughout his Jiu jitsu career and is always available to help new members work techniques and get in extra training on the mats.
